Testimonies

I am a CFNI grad from the early 90's. My wife and I have been serving as missionaries for the last six years.  My wife and I have suffered a big attack of the enemy. Without going into detail, we came home in November 2008 to get some ministry and some much needed rest. My children have been particularly affected by this situation. They love Africa, and their whole lives are there. So to be uprooted and taken half way around the world is pretty serious. I decided earlier when I saw the ad on the back of the CFNI magazine to bring my boys. The Lord showed me to set them on fire with the Glory of God as much as I can. I desperately wanted them to be in the presence of the Lord and to experience Him like nothing else.

I didn’t have the money even for gas to come up. Our ministry is no different than others, we have been struggling a lot this past year with finances. But I told God on Friday morning when I woke up the reason I wanted to go to Dallas again. And told Him that it was pure motives. I asked Him to provide the money for the trip, and to bless me, as a confirmation of His Love for me and my boys and family. I had lunch with a pastor friend of mine later that day. As we met, his wife took out her check book and gave me 80 dollars! I was again amazed at the provision of the Lord and the blessing of the Lord. I didn’t mention a word to them to influence their giving. It was totally God. Because God provided supernaturally, I was full of faith coming and expecting Him to show up and touch my children's hearts.

So I drove up from Tyler TX, and got them there. On the way they were really struggling with deep questions of faith. I was amazed at the depth for the ages. They are only 8 and 10. But their struggle was real. I have been using the current situation to teach them about faith and trusting in God. God has really been teaching them both alot lately.

When we arrived there was no place to sit, so we stood for a while than sat on the floor in the back. The whole reason I came was so my boys could experience God. The songs were so anointed. They were exactly what I needed to hear. My boys even noticed the one about "Perfect Love casting out Fear", as I had had them memorize that scripture in the past couple of weeks. It was exciting and the power of God was present everywhere.

Towards the middle of the evening, my 8 year old, leans up to me and says "Daddy, I can feel Jesus pounding on my heart"...Tears began to stream down my face, as I realised that God had done exactly what I had asked Him to do. I told him to raise his little hands and ask the Holy Spirit to come. As he did, he experienced God. I am so excited, to see the change in my children, as I am contending for future generations in my current struggle. I so desire to leave a godly heritage that my boys can look back on and rely on.

Thank you so much for the CD's. I can not tell you how much they have blessed us over the years. We have used them repeatedly in our worship times as a family and ministry. They are a powerful tool in God's hand. Thank you for being used.

Be Blessed,
S.M.

I want to thank God for your lives over the great work you’re doing out there. I am so proud of you.  I am a Nigerian residing in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. I am a deacon and attend Goodnews Overcomers Chapel Inc.  Your music has been a great source of lifting and encouragement to me. The live worship project “We Cry Out” breaks me easily; it makes me shed tears any time, any day! Indeed, the anointing of the Holy Ghost is upon you.

"I am so very proud to become a part of the Worship Leaders Blog at CFN. Your music and worship has been a true inspiration to me and my church for a long time. We use almost all of your music and rejoice as we are ushered into the presence of God week after week. I am writing today to share a small tidbit that I learned not too long ago. I was at a point where I couldn't find new music to do or learn for our church. It seemed that everything I listened to just did not click with me. I then listened to one of your CD's that I had not heard before. Only after a few minutes, I knew this was it!! I listened to the whole cd and loved every song.

While listening to the cd, I went to your website to see if CFN was offering anything new. In my search, I found you had just released "Desperate Hour". Just by the name alone, I knew this would be a great album. So I ordered the cd, video, and songbook- and I was right. What an album! Just by me giving that little bit, I was able to obtain alot. I am looking forward to learning this new music and going where God leads us at our church!

In closing, please uplift our rehearsal and practice time. Our praise team is about to devote more time to our own music. We have always dealt with it a little bit, but nothing extensive. We have very talented musicians and singers in our group and I feel we are at a point where God wants to take us a step further in our music. Our main objective is to move God's heart through worship!

Thank you for giving me this opportunity and becoming a part of this outstanding ministry!"

[Worship Conference Testimonials]

This is the third conference I’ve attended and it has shown great excellence and growth. The great level of anointing that fills the room during the worship has created such an intimate passageway to the throne. I am overtaken by the great swell of corporate anointing, yet experience an intimate connection at the same time. There is no other comparison to the anticipation that fills this place.

I like the track approach and the nature of the class progression.

The theme expressed from the beginning of the conference confirmed what God has been speaking to us. Back to basics, what we need is a revelation of Christ. We need to stop chasing after an experience with God and get a revelation of our lives in God.

Being in such an intense atmosphere of anointed worship doesn’t compare to anything else. God’s presence has been so beautiful. The guest speakers and worship leaders have all been so encouraging and insightful.

Christ For The Nations has always won my respect and admiration for what God has commissioned and released through its ministry. Meeting different and vast nationalities represented here, all under God’s umbrella gives me hope and rejuvenates my commitment to work for Him and not for myself.

The worship conference has been incredible. I have been impacted with the amazing speakers and worship leaders who take us to the throne of God during the conference.
