    Christ For The Nations, Inc. is the provider of the CFN Music online store. This site provides an online avenue for you to purchase materials from CFN Music such as songbooks, audio music through discs and digital download, and more under certain terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

    Christ For The Nations, Inc. ("Christ For The Nations" including "CFN Music") reserves the right to make amends from time to time that may dictate your use of this site. Changes may be made to this site without prior notice; therefore it is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions of Use for any changes. By using this site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use and will comply with the rules herein stated. Please do not use this site if you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions of Use.

    By purchasing merchandise from this site, you affirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent. You also affirm that you are fully capable to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representation and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions of Use and will comply with these Terms & Conditions of Use. This site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 must have parental consent prior to viewing this site.

    Christ For The Nations may under certain circumstances and without prior notice immediately terminate your CFN Music account and access to this site and any other CFN sites or services. CFN will not be held liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to this site. All terminations will be made at the sole discretion of CFN. Causes for such termination include but are not limited to: violations of the Terms & Conditions of Use, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, a request by you, discontinuance or product changes to this site, unexpected technical or security issues, extended periods of inactivity, engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities and/or failure to make payment of fees due.

Christ For The Nations shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer arising out of use, or inability to use, the services or products provided here. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states CFN's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
