 | Kari Jobe joined the staff of Gateway Church as an associate worship pastor in April, 2006. She is an alumna of Oral Roberts University, Christ for the Nations Institute and Dallas Baptist University, and she has degrees in pastoral ministries and psychology. For over 13 years, Kari has been involved with worship groups that have traveled and ministered worldwide. Her songs, including “No Sweeter Name,” “Pure” and “You are Good”, have been recorded numerous times on live worship projects. She is also known for recording “The More I Seek You” and “Revelation Song”. Kari’s desire is to see the world changed by the reality and nearness of God’s presence. She believes it is not enough for us to merely experience God’s presence; we must also turn around and affect other people’s lives in order to help draw them to God. Kari’s passion is to write songs which minister the heart of Father God to his sons and daughters. Her heart is to see people impacted and changed by His righteousness. It is His kindness which draws us to His feet, and His goodness which keeps us covered by His love and mercy. www.karijobe.com
